There is the organisation's name "Asian-Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women (ARROW)" on the top right. This is the ARROW Annual Report 2023. Its title is Mobilising Intergenerational Collaboration. There is a woman carrying something on her head smiling.

Annual Report 2023

In 2023, ARROW celebrated 30 years of partnership and collaboration with our dedicated allies around the globe. We are profoundly grateful for the unwavering support of our partners, allies, and donors who have shared in our vision for meaningful change. Reaching this milestone would not have been possible without each of you. As we move into our 31st year, we stand at a critical juncture. While seeking global reaffirmation of the principles outlined in the Cairo, Beijing, and SDG frameworks, we face unprecedented challenges. The economic repercussions of the pandemic still weigh heavily on many nations, compounded by ongoing conflicts—both large and small—in regions such as Ukraine, Sudan, and Palestine, where political oppression remains rampant. Countries like Afghanistan, Myanmar, and Iran have tightened their grip on human rights, and a rise in right-wing governance threatens democratic freedoms. The climate crisis further strains unity, even within the Global South, and some of our most stalwart allies for women’s rights have revealed vulnerabilities during these turbulent times.
