The Safe Abortion Advocacy Initiative – A Global South Engagement (SAIGE), led by Asian-Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women (ARROW) is hosting a rewarding contest to scout creative and actionable strategies to counter the anti-choice rhetoric and advance rights-affirming narratives for advancing safe abortion.

Safe abortion advocates with promising solutions grounded in everyday realities will pitch their action-plans with potential to transform norms and redefine power towards improving access to safe abortion access to a panel of expert judges and stand a chance to win small grants to implement their proposals.

The session will create a space for cross-regional exchange of visionary, creative, and sustainable strategies for advancing safe abortion rights and access by navigating opposition. At the session, audience members will also have the opportunity to give constructive criticism and advice based on their own experiences in narrative-change.
