Pre-APFSD 2018 Youth Forum Statement: Young People’s Vision for a Sustainable, Inclusive and Resilient Asia Pacific

On 23-24 March, youth advocates and youth-serving organisations from the region convened in Bangkok for the Pre-APFSD 2018 Youth Forum, which continues the discussion from last year’s Youth Forum, focusing on the implementation of the Agenda 2030 in Asia-Pacific. This youth statement was the result of the discussions between the youth participants, looking at the current progress of the Sustainable Development Goals in their respective countries, through the lens of young people’s lived realities, and gives recommendations for the public, law and policy makers, using last year’s Youth Call to Action as a framework.
