The Gender and Climate Action Hub is convened by the Asian-Pacific Resource & Research Centre for Women (ARROW) in collaboration with the EmPower: Women for Climate-Resilient Societies Programme. EmPower is jointly implemented by the UN Women and United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), with support from the Governments of Germany, New Zealand, Sweden, and Switzerland.

The Community of Practice (CoP) is a knowledge-sharing platform that strengthens linkages between evidence-based research, policy, and practice on gender-responsive climate action in the Asia-Pacific region.
ARROW’s gender and climate initiatives provide learning opportunities for women across intersectionalities and identities, from the Asia-Pacific region to the global level, to amplify women’s voices across various spaces and platforms.
The EmPower: Women for Climate-Resilient Societies programme is jointly implemented by UN Women and the UN Environment Programme (UNEP), with support from the Governments of Germany, New Zealand, Sweden, and Switzerland. ARROW is one of the civil society grant recipients under this programme.
