A group of SRHR champions and practitioners from the Asian-Pacific region, gathered in Bangkok, Thailand, on 24 & 25 November 2018, ahead of the mid-term review of the 6th Asia Pacific Population Conference (APPC). At the end of the dialogue, the group came up with recommendations to strongly call upon governments in the region, to uphold their commitments to fully implement the priority actions of the APPC outcome document and Ministerial Declaration, underscoring the need for effective implementation of the ICPD PoA, the key actions for its further implementation and recommendations arising from their subsequent reviews, as well as the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
