Garima is an intersectional feminist with keen interest in research and advocacy on reproductive justice and access to Safe Abortion. She was awarded the Netherlands fellowship award to pursue a Masters in Gender and Development at the International Institute of Social Studies, The Hague. She also holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil.) in political science from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. At her earlier position, Garima worked as Assistant Coordinator with Asia Safe Abortion Partnership. In this role she worked extensively with youth from across Asia. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator. Garima specialises in strategic planning, grant management and program management.
Dhivya from Malaysia, is a Programme Officer at ARROW. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Science from Monash University where she majored in Pharmacology and Physiology. She is excited about integrating her studied knowledge in reproductive health and her passion for women's rights.
Karell is a medical doctor and was recently in the field of genetics research but her first love is public health. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Public Health with interests in health policy and epidemiology. She was first exposed to population, health and environment issues (including SRHR and CC linkages) as a writer-photographer. Karell has been involved in various programs and research studies that promote and advocate universal access to health services, especially for marginalised populations. She hopes to continue to contribute to evidence-based integrated approaches encompassing advocacy and services.
Aarushi, from India, has a background in monitoring, evaluation and research with a focus on gender. Aarushi has prior experience of working with donor, research and bilateral organisations in managing portfolios that include projects around gender equality and reproductive health. Prior to joining ARROW she was working as a Research Associate with the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. Aarushi also holds a masters degree in Gender Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Apart from work, she loves to doodle, try different kinds of food and travel.
