Having more than seven years of experience in Francophone West Africa and East Africa, Elvis SERIKI has led multi-country programmes in community engagement and advocacy for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), entrepreneurship, and good governance, working closely with civil society organisations, youth and women’s movements, and national health authorities. His career has brought him to work with the Ministry of Health of Benin, notably on advocacy for and strengthening of the legal and medical framework for safe abortion, as well as representing youth on the national FP2030 commitments committee.
Elvis builds coalitions for impact, and designs and leads programmes and research processes that have already informed national policy, trained media professionals, legal practitioners, and communities, and contributed, alongside other actors, to advancing both the sociopolitical and community environment for SRHR in Benin. He holds a Master’s degree in International Project Management from Senghor University, and works as an analyst and evaluator of public policy on SRHR, community empowerment, and good governance.
Elvis Seriki is the Project Manager of the Kaleidoscope project in Benin at ARROW.
