- To conduct an evaluation of the project for entire three years duration against effectiveness, relevance, efficiency, sustainability, impact area and the cross-cutting gender equality and human rights criteria in accordance with the OECD-DAC evaluation criteria. The evaluation should also factor in the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic as the restrictions including lockdowns significantly affected the project activities and timelines for which the project activities went through several stages of adaptations. This was particularly the case for activities that involved close interaction with the beneficiaries of the project which in this case comprised of women and girls with disabilities and the community they live in.
- To do a quantitative and qualitative study (using focus group discussions, interviews or surveys) on the impact of the project interventions on the 1500 plus women and girls with disabilities and the community members around them (including family and friends) that we have reached out to through the entire duration of the project.
- To identify key lessons and promising/emerging good practices in the field of ending violence against women and girls, for learning purposes.
